The Beans
The history of Cafe Zingara can be traced back to 1988 when the first beans started brewing at Cafe Zingaro in a little town called East Hanover, New Jersey. People still talk about "Cafe Z."
Fast forward to today...

In a town laced with Italian bakeries, pizzerias, and restaurants it is missing just one key ingredient: an authentic Italian-American coffee shop! Cafe Zingara is just that and more!!
